At Facelift, I took the lead on designing and building the company’s analytics platform, creating a scalable and high-performance Dashboard experience from the ground up. My role spanned full-stack development, infrastructure management, and mentoring, always with a strong focus on delivering business value and improving user experience.

• Architected and built a new Analytics platform from scratch, enabling real-time insights for customers
• Introduced new data visualization techniques like combined metric views, top content and big numbers with custom export engine to enhance user experience
• Wrote and maintained comprehensive test suites: unit, integration, component, storybook and end-to-end (Cypress)
• Configured logging and monitoring pipelines with Sentry, Segment, Kibana, and Grafana
• Administered databases and designed migration and automation scripts

Responsibilities

I joined Quintly during a high-growth phase and contributed to the foundation of its analytics offering. I helped shape the State of Art social media analytics platform and drive major architectural and product improvements across the board.

• Enhanced dashboarding experience with chart and data visualizations

• Initiated data worker pipeline using serverless framework, implemented lambda and NodeJS and step functions
